How does the height adjust?
By changing how many pole sections you use — two for 3 to 5 ft, three for 5.5 to 7.5 ft, four for 8 to 10 ft. It is not a crank or a push-button system, and swapping a section takes a few minutes.
What if a part is missing or will not fit?
Every part is labelled against the manual. If anything is missing or will not seat, contact us with your order number and a photo — we ship the replacement part, no return needed.
How long does setup take?
About 45 minutes from box to first basket, with the full hardware kit included.
Is it suitable for a 3-year-old?
Yes. Use only two pole sections and the rim sits at 3 ft; add sections later as they grow.
