Why is the max height 8.5ft and not 10ft?
We optimized forYouth Skill Development (Ages 5-13)and Trunk Portability. 8.5ft is the perfect height for kids to learn proper form without heaving the ball.
Physics dictates that to fit in a car trunk, a system cannot safely extend to 10ft. We chose freedom over height.
Will it tip over in the wind?
Not a chance. The IGL features a 95lb Anchor System (60lb Alloy Frame + 35lb Ballast).
Our triangular locking base creates a rock-solid center of gravity that withstands driveway winds. No sand. No leaking water.
Do I really need zero tools to set it up?
Zero. Put the toolbox away. The hoop arrives fully pre-assembled. You simply unfold, snap, and lock. The average setup time is under 3 minutes—easy enough for a 10-year-old.
Is the 15-inch rim smaller than standard?
Yes, by design. It is a "Sharpshooter Rim"(Standard is 18").
It forces players to aim for the dead center ("swish only"). Top coaches use smaller rims to train precision. If you can drain shots on this, a regulation hoop will feel huge.
My HOA bans hoops. Can I hide this?

product is incredible and super easy to setup. there were cheaper alternativesin the market but the quality and ease of use of this product made me go with this brand. this is my first experience with this company and this was purchased for a novelty use and after contacting the company, they responded with faster shipping so i could have it for my event. Game changer for sure this portable basketball hoop allows my daughter to play in the gym at our local YMCA and work on her game. Prior to discovering this we would go to the gym and she couldn’t shoot because the hoops are all 10ft so she was only able to dribble around the courts. Now we show up and do drills and she can also work on her shot and this hoops grows with her!
Love this hoop! East set up and easy to move around to play in deifferent areas. Has my kids playing horse every single day and dad joining them frequently. Great family time because of the ease of this hoop!!

Very well designed and constructed product. The Travel Hoop is really convenient and sets up in a matter of minutes. We use it at Coach All Ball to work with the younger kiddos on shooting for baskets which are suitable for them.
Although the shipment came late, their customer service took care of it and offered us a fair resolution.

Easy to assemble. Love the different heights. Ball is perfect size and great for outside play. Only downside for us is its not very stable at the 8.5 height. It kinda wobbles when the ball hits the rim or backboard.
I had my set up inside the house and it’s so nice and well built, my daughters are inspired more than ever toplay basketball and practice daily.
