At IGL, we take pride in the quality and durability of our basketball hoops. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 3-year limited warranty on all products, covering defects in parts and construction.

What’s Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
• Issues related to the structural integrity of the hoop, backboard, or base.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
• Wear and tear typical of normal use, including scratches on the hoop or backboard, and fading of paint and/or stickers.
• Damage due to severe weather conditions, such as high winds or storms.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@iglhoop.com with the following information:

• • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • The unique quality and user experience tracking code provided with your product.
  • A detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos, if applicable.

2. Review Process: Once we receive your claim, our team will evaluate the issue and determine if it is covered under warranty.

3. Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
