At IGL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help with our 30-day return policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package back to us.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Exchanges

If you change your mind and would like to switch to a different product, the fastest way is to:

1. Return the original item by following the above return process.
2. Place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
