Order Processing

We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are handled during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, excluding holidays and weekends.

Shipping Methods and Costs

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping via FEDEX Ground Service for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Expedited Shipping: If you require overnight, second-day, or third-day shipping, the actual shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout.
• Outside the Contiguous U.S.: Customers in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international locations will be charged shipping and handling fees based on the most economical shipping method available.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. UPS Ground Service typically delivers within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
