How does the height adjust?
A stepless hand crank. Turn the handle and the rim stops at any height between 5.3 and 10 ft — there are no fixed levels and no pins to pull.
What if a part is missing or will not fit?
Every part is labelled against the manual. If anything is missing or will not seat, contact us with your order number and a photo — we ship the replacement part, no return needed.
How long does setup take?
About 45 minutes from box to first basket, with the full hardware kit included.
Is the rim regulation height?
Yes. Crank it to a full 10 ft, or anywhere down to 5.3 ft for younger players.
