Common Questions
What kind of wall does it need?
A solid load-bearing wall — brick, concrete or filled block. The bracket fixes with expansion bolts and its hole spacing is 18 inches, so measure your wall before ordering. It is not suitable for stud-and-drywall construction.
Can I mount just the backboard on a pole I already own?
No. This ships as a complete wall-mount system — backboard, rim and bracket are matched to each other and are not sold to fit other poles or arms.
What if a part is missing or will not fit?
Every part is labelled against the manual. If anything is missing or will not seat, contact us with your order number and a photo — we ship the replacement part, no return needed.
Can I hang on the rim?
No. The rim has a spring hinge to absorb shot impact, but hanging puts that load into the wall fixings. Keep both feet on the ground.
