Why Choose an IGL In-Ground Hoop?

A 52 x 32 in PET backboard on a 75 mm three-section steel pole, set straight into concrete — nothing on the ground, and a stepless crank that stops anywhere between 7.5 and 10 ft.

Crank to Any Height

The crank turns the rim from 7.5 to 10 ft and stops anywhere in between — no pin holes, no fixed levels.

Set in Concrete

The pole buries 15 in into an 18 x 21.5 in hole and sets in concrete. No J-bolt cage, no levelling plate — one pole, one pour. Let it cure fully before the first shot.

Common Questions

How deep does the pole go?

The bottom section sets 15 inches into an 18 x 21.5 inch hole and is poured in concrete. Let the concrete cure fully before the first shot.

How long does the install take?

Plan on two people and two days — one to dig and pour, then curing time before you raise the rim. The one-piece pole skips the J-bolt cage, which is where most of the time goes on other systems.

What if a part is missing or will not fit?

Every part is labelled against the manual. If anything is missing or will not seat, contact us with your order number and a photo — we ship the replacement part, no return needed.

Will the pole move when the ball hits the board?

It is a three-section 75 mm hollow steel pole. Some movement at the top is normal on any height-adjustable in-ground system. Burying the pole to the full 15 inches and letting the concrete cure completely keeps it to a minimum.
